Free PDF Creation with PrimoPDF…
I was setting up a friends computer last week and she said she needed a way to create PDF’s for billing her clients. I knew there were some free PDF creation tools out there, but I wasn’t really impressed at what they had to offer. Also, there were some ones that looked promising, but they weren’t free. I then came accross PrimoPDF on the web and quickly realized why I love open source.
I have open office here at work. I don’t have Microsoft Office installed just to purposely see how I deal with not having it. I haven’t had one complaint. PrimoPDF is free… no ads, no spyware, just a cool PDF creation tool. The creators didn’t give you a reader, just a creation tool that you print to. So… if you can print it, you can save it as a PDF.
